Denise is phenomenal. I'm writing as the support person of a dear friend who has lost her hair thanks to the Chemo beast. We almost cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment as my friend was so scared about the experience but from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Denise, the mood shifted.
