She is kind, attentive, knowledgeable and empathetic. Rush and hassle are just not in her vocabulary. I was with her for an hour - and it has literally changed my life. Denise is phenomenal. I'm writing as the support person of a dear friend who has lost her hair thanks to the Chemo beast. We almost cancelled 5 minutes before the appointment as my friend was so scared about the experience but from the moment we walked in the door and were greeted by Denise, the mood shifted. Sophie and Suzanne were wonderful. My mother had just been through her first chemo and was looking for scarves and perhaps a wig. They were able to help find both for her. They have a great selection and made us feel comfortable and welcome. Highly recommended!
